Tuan Sing's Q2 profit surges on strong property, hotel segments

Singapore TUAN Sing Holdings reported a 92 per cent surge in net profit for the second quarter ended June 30 to S$22.3 million, buoyed by a higher contribution from property and hotel investment segments. CapitaLand doubling EV charging stations in its S'pore properties

Singapore CAPITALAND Limited is revving up its sustainability drive by doubling the number of plug-in electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in its properties and increasing the number of locations where such stations are offered from five to nine. A portfolio of 20 strata-titled office units in Parkway Centre is being put up for sale via an expression of interest exercise, at a total indicative price of up to $34.6 million. Parkway Centre, in Marine Parade, is a 13-storey suburban commercial building with retail units on the first floor and office units from the second to 13th floors.
