Founded in 1986, the Company has grown to become a major retailer and distributor, boasting a portfolio of exclusive distributorship for 42 brands of bathroom and kitchen products. This ranges from sanitaryware, taps, showers, bathroom accessories, spas, vanity tops, sinks, cooker hood/hobs to shower screens totalling more than 1,000 line items.

As a pioneer in the one-stop concept for bathroom and kitchen products in Singapore, the Company has its main corporate showroom and warehouse facility of 100,000 sq ft at Changi South. In addition to the Group's 25,000 sq ft corporate showroom in Changi South, it has approximately 17,600 sq ft of retail space spread over 3 retail outlets located at Bukit Timah Road, IMM Building and Balestier Road.

On 24th November 1999, the Company was admitted to the official list of SGX SESDAQ.
