These 30 years, she had witnessed the evolution and revolution of the business environment. To prepare for the changes brought along with the evolution of new business models and paradigm shift in mindset, the company worked towards compliance to the ISO 9002 quality management system and gladly achieved certification in January 2001. The company upgrades to the version of ISO 9001:2000 in August 2003. The company first computerisation began in the mid 80’s and in order to keep pace with the revolutionary changes in the information technology environment, the company embarked on an IT project for the implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system in 2006. The company looks forward to upgrade and launch other projects that can bring benefits and added advantages to their customers.
