Hock Guan Cheong Construction Company was founded in 1975. The Company was converted into private limited in 1985 and renamed as Hock Guan Cheong Builder Pte Ltd.Over the years, we have built scores of public and private apartments, ranging from low cost apartment blocks to luxurious condominium located throughout the country. We have played an important role in meeting the public housing demand by completing some 15,000 dwelling units to date and about 40 projects worth contract value of more than $1.1 billion. We were selected as one of the core constructors of Housing and Development Board since 1983 and awarded ISO 9000 in 1995, OHSMS and ISO 14001 in 2002.
